bad obdll cable caused me frustration,kept saying key not on

at first tried to install new tune and tool kept giving me error that vehicle was not turned on, then after several retries it finally installed. then went to try to monitor and tool kept telling me vehicle was not running when it was and haulted monitoring, now i have no power to unit at all after 2 days of use ??

any chance you can post a pic of the cable you have plugged into the Trinity?
