U7 and U4 Flash failed message during bottom boot test U7194

Ok so no parameter modifications with r11 as I explained in my last post. So I restore stock tune to truck and come in to downgrade firmware to r10. DSDownloader seems to do its job with no error messages. When tool reboots I get:

Bottom Boot Test:
U7 Flash *FAILED*
U4 Flash *FAILED*

then when you hit continue it gives the message "Flash test failed this needs to be fixed before tool can be shipped"
