tuner locking

u7137 05 dodge ram just a quick question is it possible for a tuner to tuner lock a pcm/tcm?

Custom tunes can be locked so that they cant be exported from the Predator, but they can not lock the PCM with CMR.

thank you sir. dont know if you remember me but im the guy that called yesterday dealing with two pro sct tuners. call josh and seem like a good guy. verified it was the tune, loaded in the 93 can tune with raised idle and it ran better than on anyone of their tunes.
