It's a Christmas MIRACLE!!! Bought a new set of tires for the truck (275-65-r18 Michelins) and thought let me try this crazy predator one more time ... ended up measuring the circumference of the tire calculating the diameter off of that (it came out to 32.12) stuck a 32 in on the tire size, set the speed 1 and 2 all the way up and the 3 one off. Loaded the 87 tune and NO LIGHTS & NEARLY 200 miles now!!! Have zero clue why it worked and dont care so long as it works from now on. I had tried 29-34 on the old set of tires and anything anywhere close to 265-65-r18 without any luck now boom first try gets it. Weird but a pleasant suprize. This luck holds out I'll be lining up for a custom tune in no time!!

I have repeatedly advocated for the circumference method AKA the roll-out method for proper tire size calibration. That is the way the OEM does it. They dont use the sidewall numbers or sitting diameter.
