How long does it take to get a reponse for a RMA?

How long does it take to get a reponse for a RMA?, I summited a RMA request monday and still have not gotton a reponse.

I would suggest resubmitting it as you should receive response within 24 hours during the week.

I have noticed that messages from ****@diablosport.com were immediately sent to my Hotmail Junk Mail folder. This could be the reason you are not getting a response.

Ditto on that. All posts in the forum go to my hotmail junk mail. I need to get into my hotmail account and register the address.
