2008 6.4L F-250 Predator does not work! Please help!

I have a 2008 6.4 L F250 Diesel. I just bought the predator U7164 and for the initial tune once i get to the disclaimer and press accept it just freezes. Same if i try to run diagnostics or look at cal id. Last tune reads original factory.

what revision is the tool on?

I drove all the way back to Montgomery, AL from Florida to get unit fixed and apparently it was just a bum unit..they couldnt even update. Now I have reported back to California where I am staioned and drove 30 miles to get the new one I ordered and now it says unsupported cal id. Newest update of CROM is installed.

Unit 1 8U7A-14C204-CG
Unit 2 7U7A-14C337-AB

Please tell me I havent gone through all this for another paper weight....

Spent over an hour and twenty minutes on hold for tech support and now they are closed..

Please tell us what the revision is on the Predator, again, it sounds like it just needs to be updated.
