Does any one else have a tach jumping around problem?

Have you guys haerd of this?
The dealer replaced the dash. at 20k now at 33k its doing it again.they blame it on the tuner....(as we all new they would) but is it realy the tuner or not?
I did reset the speedomater for the big tires with the tuner. then it started back up.(at the 30k mark)it only does this 1 time every 1 or 2 tanks of fuel.
OH and if this helps it does it at night????

if it does it at nite maybeits somthing to do with your lites being on,i searched this forum and didnt find any others with issues like that.my tach was screwy with the r28 version but mine is a diferent animal than yours.it doesnt sound tuner related

sounds like a ground/ spread pin issue to me. if it was a freightshaker i could give you a location. but i know nothing about these little ones. maybe a dodge mech out their? find where the icu is grounded.
