U7135 CROM update failing

It looks like I am having same problem as everyone else. I had 9r17 I when I started. Tried to update to 9r21 but 9r21 fails at about 80% (packet 7784, i think) of its update... Gave message, "Unable to store crom image" on the screen with a continue button.

So I went back to 9r12, it worked. Tried re-downloading 9r21 and installing again, but it failed at same spot.

Mike, it looks like whatever your sending people is working. So, can you send me the patch?

what year vehicle?

if pre-09, use 9r12....

Just in case other people are having the same problem. I ended up having to downgrade back to 9r17L.
