Predator settings for international user

Post by alansrt »

I am interested in the Predatorproduct to use on my '08 Jeep SRT8.
I am however unclear if the Predator will be able to accomodate the following,
In South Africa we have 95 RON readily available, would Predator be able to accomodate this?
As there are no accredited tuners for Diablo in S.A do you have a downloadable setting to accomodate a 90mm Arrington Throttlebody enhancement to the Jeep SRT8?

Regards

Use the 91 octane tune. And if you don't have at least heads/cam and a ported intake manifold, don't put the 90mm TB on your motor. No point and it will hurt you more then help.

Why the 91 tune for the 95 octane fuel? Or should I rather look for a local tune to match the fuel?

your fuel ratings over there are done differently than over here in the US...

your 95 octane fuel over there is equivalent to our 91 octane over here...

Right. You have 95 and 98 RON. We have 91 and 93 RON+MON/2.

Thats a high elevation, you should be fine running the 93 CAI tune. Just run a log of the ST Knock Retard to make sure.

Is there any documentation available on how to interpret logged data?
