I've done 3 logs, each with a little bit different recommendation (-12, -10, and -9) for adjusting injector slope. (for reference I have a 2007 AWD Escalade 6.2-non DoD)
My question is, how do I actually go in and adjust?
I think I have to return to stock first, then what do I do? I'm a little unclear as to how to make an adjustment to the Diablo Tune without messing things up with either the stock/original factory tune and/or Diablo Tune.
I think I'm going to make the adjustment -9 to start with. This means I'm adding fuel according to Lew's "How To" tutorial thread right? In this example my fuel economy will get worse as I am adding fuel to LTFT's correct?
Sorry for the remedial questions but really don't want to screw things up on my Cadillac!

noooo.... don't go back to stock first... keep the diablo tune in there that you have...
so, hook up the predator to your truck... turn the key just like you did when you installed the tune the first time...
select the same diablo tune you installed before...
then you select MODIFY TUNE...
then scroll down and select Fuel Injectors... then select Injector Slope...
then use the arrow buttons to move the adjustment slider to the desired adjustment you need to make...
then press the center button (in the middle of all the arrow buttons) to save the adjustment...
then press the ESC button a few times and it will ask you "Install tune now?"...
select YES and it installs the diablo tune with the adjustment you made in it to your truck...
and no, you won't get worse mileage... believe it or not, you will get BETTER mileage...

Lew...thanks man! I was beginning to wonder if you were around this week. As if this is the only thing you do or something. I'm going out over lunch and will make the adjustments now. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly on this. I'll be performing more logs later in the week. I'll pause on my logging and posting for the winter chill we are expected to get in the next few days (-7 for a low on Thursday I think).
