After updating to VXCF9 and 1r06b test crom, I have been experiencing extended time between shifts, hard shifts, over 1 MPG decrease from stock tune, and lack of power... sometimes I can't get over 70MPH. (On 100 HP).. when I restore stock tune, all is well...
Just a bit of info for those working on the tune...

Going to need you to do a favor for me, log injector pressure and VGT duty cycle, see if they change while on the 100hp tune.

ok... thanks.. gonna road test now, get back to ya in a few...
RE: 1r06b Driveability Issues..
VGT Duty Cycle range: .24 - .78
Injector PSI: 4.0 - 28.25
0-50 mph range... values were the same with Stock and 100 tune.

RE: 1r06b Driveability Issues..
ok so vgt and injector is doing what its supposed to. We have no tcm control (other then commanding more shift pressure in the tunes) so the tune shouldn't affect shift timing at all. Hmmm, this is the only time i have seen this problem. But you say all is well when you get back to stock right? When was the last time a tranny filter was done? The truck may not like the extra tv pressure i am commanding in the tune which may be why it seems to be better when you go back to stock? Wild guess at that point, have seen it happen once or twice. The reason i say this is because of how cold it is by you right now and how thick the fluid is in the transmission. After extended periods of driving, does it seem to get any better?

Finally got back to messing with the truck.... traced the problem to a faulty FICM. (low voltage) Replaced... warranty of course
and all is well now.
Thanks
