Why am I getting No Data Error in DSLogRedux?

Post by Wiggy1972 »

Not sure why I'm getting the "No Data" for DSLogRedux". Attached is my most recent log file after adjusting injector slope and driving about 100 miles or so. 2007 Escalade AWD, 6.2 non DoD.

Is it because I have locked values of 0 in one of the banks for LTFT's? I'm assuming that if my LTFT's are showing locked at 0 on one bank, that I'm close enough where DSLogRedux will not offer a suggestion for change?

HELP!

yes... all of your bank 2 ltft's are perfectly at 0... so that's why dslogredux says no data... cuz rows of data where the ltft is at 0 are not used...

I would go another -1% on your slope from wherever you have it set to now, to ensure that they don't go positive when you go WOT...

so, adjusting it another -1% now, will make your bank 2 ltft's be around -1, and your bank 1 ltfts will be around -1.78... perfect!

Thanks Lew...any other "Lew Secrets" for getting the most out of my logging/tuning? I'll make the adjustment another -1 and do some driving with it. I was able to get the beast up to temp here today at 9 degrees and thought I'd take a stab at logging so here I am. Where do I go from here--PE log at WOT? I remember reading you don't make changes to your PE as long as you have the LTFT's dialed in correct?

You ROCK Lew! 8)

yeah, do a good WOT log and see where things are at...

When doing WOT logs, you would log the same parameters as you did for the steady cruise log. To get a good WOT log, you want to start from a dead stop if you can, or at least from as slow of a roll as possible. Then, just GET ON IT!! Pretend you're on a drag-strip, hammer-down and go for as long as you can, through as many gears as you can. BUT, BE SAFE!! And only do one good WOT run per log...

hahaha... thanks!

When you run out of room, balls, or safety...do you exit the log before it is full in order to get only the WOT data?

Yeah, just Esc out of it and then go to the log viewer or download it into the pc and see where you stand.

yeah, after the WOT part is done.. you can either ESC out of it to stop and save the log, or you can just keep cruising to fill it up, whatever ya want...
