my question is this ..before the diablo tuner using the 100hp shot of nos my car excelled nicely...now since the diablo tuner(steeda tune)93 oct..my car sputters at about 2 seconds into spraying nos..my local tune shop said the bad part of adding diablo is it adds timing..so any suggestions as to what i need to do?should i take out some timing etc,,if so what procedure?thanks ..

Sounds more like maybe you need to gap the plugs down, but yes, I'd also pull some timing using the Predator.

Do you have a purge kit installed with your nitrous kit? If not, that hesitation may be air in the nitrous lines breaking the car up before the nitrous hits.
And yes, the plugs do need to be gapped down for using nitrous is mikel said. Gap around .034-.036 should be fine. Ask the shop if they gapped the plugs down. You also NEED to make sure you are using a colder spark plug (1 heat range colder is fine for a 100 shot), and use copper if you can. It produces the "best" spark and does not have any ill effects when run with nitrous. I believe it's Iridium that has a bad chemical reaction with nitrous and can really damage things.
If the shop can't tell you this info, consider finding another shop to go to. A nitrous install isn't something to just "throw together" and not do correctly.
As far as timing, the rule of thumb is 2 degrees retard (removing timing) for every 50hp of nitrous. I am running a 75 shot on stock timing, and others have run a 100 shot on stock timing, but it is NOT recommended. So for a 100 shot, to be safe, pull 4 degrees of WOT (wide open throttle) timing.
Do yourself a favor and do not spray any more until you figure out where your timing is at, and you have correctly adjusted it. You are asking for trouble if you are spraying nitrous and having your timing advanced. If this is something you need help with, you may want to go back to the shop and see if they can help you out. You can datalog with your Predator on the stock and performance tune a see what the difference in timing is, and adjust accordingly. It's not hard, just takes a little time.
