BOUGHT A NEW U7185 AND FOUND OUT THAT MY TRUCKS CONFIGURATIONS WAS TOO OLD FOR THE TOOL. I HAVE ASKED MIKE AND TOLD ME TO SEND IN MY CONFIGURATION AND IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 DAYS. THAT WAS A MONTH AND HALF AGO. TO THIS DATE I HAVE SENT ATLEAST 8 EMAILS AND MIKE HAS NOT RESPONDED. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR IT CAN NOT BE DONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I have no idea why you have not had any resolution on this but have you tried to get the truck flashed by a mechanic to a newer calibration?

The engineer who works on this stuff has been unavailable for some time now, I still have it set up for him as soon as he has a chance.'

Like CD said, a dealer flash would likely help too.

As we talked on the phone. You told me on the phone that it would take 7-10 days to make a new program for the truck. It has been 2 months. I should NOT have to go to a dealer to have my computer reprogrammed. That's why I bought a programmer. I spent $400.00 on the device and the dealer wants $100.00 do flash my computer in the truck. IF I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE THIS MUCH CRAP I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A DIFFERENT PROGRAMMER!!!!

Typical action from what I have experienced. Updates promised yet never delivered. I am waiting over a year now for an update to my version. Probly never see it.

The more and more that I read I'm finding this out. Tipical of a company that gets too big and forgets where or how they got there!!!!!! GIVING THEM 2 MORE WEEKS AND I'M SHIPPING THE PROGRAMMER BACK AND BUYING A DIFFERENT ONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY..THIS IS BULLS**T
