no, the PE fueling is for when you do a WOT log... when you're just cruising on the highway, you're not in WOT/PE mode, heh...

yes, 3 min. is enough as long as most of the time was done at the proper logging scenario...

when you run the log through dslogredux, how many rows of data does it say it has? should tell you under the average ltft numbers...

It says "Number of Cruise Data points: 35,643". The Excel spreadsheet shows just over 21k lines of data. Is that good?
I'm sure there is a page on here somewhere that tells me how to do the WOT datalog for PE adjustements too. Do you know where I can find that?

k, actually... your excel file has over 50,000 rows of data... ;-) PLENTY! heh...

after going through it manually, plus running it through DSLogRedux, there are 36,011 rows of usable data... still PLENTY!

based on your log file, you need to go +2% on the injector slope adjustment...

and don't worry about any WOT stuff until you get the regular/normal part-throttle fueling dialed in...

and WOT logs you need to do separately from cruising logs anyway...

Aweome! I made that adjustment yesterday so I'm going to do another datalog tonight and see where I landed. Sooooo, if i'm all dialed in there I can move on to the WOT stuff.

Need to figure out how to get my 2004 chevy tahoe tuned completely right. I see everyone talking about LTFT and injector slope and all but Im still new to this language. I had installed the 93 octane tune into my truck and it seems slow at low range. I have magnaflow cat back with a flowmaster 70 series. TB spacer, KN CAI, new plugs, wires, filters, syntheic mobil oil, and Im planning to get under drive pulleys soon. Can u direct me to adjust my settings correctly please. Thanks

do you have a newer version predator that can save data logs? if it's on a 9rXX revision, then you can... when the predator boots up and is at the main menu, there's a number at the top of the screen... that's the revision number... what is it?

if it's an older 2.xx version, then you can not save data logs, but you can still monitor the parameters and watch them live on the screen while you drive...

here's info on what parameters to log/monitor and how to adjust your injector slope to get your average LTFT's (long term fuel trims) in the 0 to -2 range...

http://diablosport.com/index.php?name=P ... opic&t=917

after getting that dialed in, you'll get better throttle response, better accleration, stronger pull, and better mileage...

for even more gains, you could get a custom tune created for your truck, and get even better performance.... contact me if interested...

Ok, here to help out Lew...

In the Trinity and new revision 7194 Predators, the logging/monitoring parameter listings are now all under different sub-menus.

This guide below can be used to locate the necessary parameters needed to log for a custom tune...

Air Fuel Ratio (Equivalence Ratio) = Under FUEL menu

Long Term fuel trim bank 1 = under FUEL menu

Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 2 = under FUEL menu

Spark Advance = under IGNITION menu

Intake air Temp = under INTAKE menu

MAF Sensor Mass Air Flow = under INTAKE menu

Total Knock Spark Retard =under MISFIRE menu

Engine Speed (RPM) = under PERFORMANCE menu

Commanded Throttle position (or Absolute Throttle Position - for older vehicles that don't have the Commanded parameter) = under THROTTLE menu
