Preditor U7137x won't hook up to my pickup

Hi, I have a new preditor u7137x serial #298533. I tried hooking it up to my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn with the 5.7L Hemi, and it goes thru the first down load part then tells me to unhook and try again. What am I doing wrong? AND, how exactly do I use this critter! Thanks, Craigb

what is the exact process word for word and what are the messages if gives you, again, word for word. Are you sure it isn't trying to do a calibration update to your pcm?
