So I finally got my Trinity in today. I didn't have much time to play with it, but so far I LOVE IT!!! I do have a couple of questions though. When I was updating it to the latest CROM, at the end it said that it ran out of memory. The computer said something like download completed successfully. Did it really run out of memory or is that message normal and I got the full CROM download? I guess it doesn't matter much since I can tune my truck. Also, I know that the OBDII constantly has electrical power to it, but is there any way to power off the Trinity without having to unplug it? If unplugging it is the only way to "turn off" the Trinity, will the constant plugging/unplugging wear out my OBDII port or Trinity plug? Well, that's enough for now. I'll be back with more questions later. :D

it will go to sleep when you turn the truck off, no need to unplug it.

if ypou leave it in monitoring mode, then let it go to sleep, it will start monitoring again when you start the truck.
