cant be found by computer

just bought the t 1000 today go through to download and it cant be found ? what do i do ?

Are you saying that your computer doesn't detect the Trinity when you connect the two via the USB cable? If so, did you install the Trinity USB driver? You can find it here if not. http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?mo ... ay&pid=153

yes i did that it just wont link to my computer it just keeps saying not found i tryed automaticly and manually same result

I already have installed the trinity tune on my car but I was never able to install the drivers for the trinity on my pc, not the usb drivers but the device drivers themselves...? I have a 2010 Camaro SS/RS L99 and at some point I will need to update the trinity when you guys release the tool for tuning the transmission.

this is the only driver needed to install for the trinity... did you install it?

and then when you connected the trinity to your pc, and windows says it found new hardware, did you search for the driver in the c:\diablosport\Trinity folder it creates??

yep, running windows 7, installed driver and then plugged in trinity, it then tried to install drivers again and failed. I'm gonna uninstall it all and try again.
