emissions test

I will need to do an emission test for my car this year.. I was just wondering if the tunes on the predator turn off the rear O2 sensors or not?

i currrently have a custom tune and it turns off the rear O2 sensor. unfortunately, I cant get a hold of the tuner so I was gonna put in a tune from the predator.

the intake i have is a C&L for a 2006 v6 mustang..

since C&L is no longer in the tuner with the new update, which tune should I take? also, is there a specific tune for emissions tests in the predator?
