We have actually been spending alot of time on the LXforums.com, getting feedback from our prospective customers and future users of the tool.
We have not had too much to report lately, as most of the work left to do is behind the scenes stuff, most of the tuning/dyno work is done.

Thanks

Yeah, what's the deal with that tunner ?

We are waiting, it's pre-ordered, pre-paid... And nothing yet...

I'm not happy with that at all... I could have put the money elsewhere... Nothing good...

And winter is coming... I don't need a programmer for winter...

I begin to be very annoyed against diablo... I think it will not worth our money, like Supershit did before, we paid for the product developpement, but this product never give us what they promised... Diablo begin this game... I think they have over 600 Pre-Order, it's like 240 000$$$$$$$$$$, not enough to develop our product in time ?

Diablo announced a product for July 31, but we are waiting, we are mid august... Wake up guys... I'll not tolerate to be a beta tester and investor anymore... You guys are burning my credibility about this kind of junk product.

I will start to believe people who say that this kind of programmer is not worth really the invested money. Better to invest on the engine, cam and other things like that... And there is already programmer for that big mods, more expensive, but I think that worth the extra money...

Little Advise, wait before ordering, we gave already enough cash for the development of a product which we do not even know if it will be born, and/or if it really will be worth all this waiting time...

If all is done, why you don't ship the product to the people who pre-ordered it ? WHY ?

It's not supposed to be internet updatable ? Why not release it and after if something is wrong, you send us an update... With over 600 people, you will be able to have feedback on what work and what don't work ???????????????????????????

Wow guys, like I said, the tuning/dyno work is mostly done, but there is still some behind the scenes stuff to be done, like adding all the adjustable parameters.

As for the pre-orders, that is an issue to take up with the company that took your money. We do not bill anyone for a product that does not yet exist, let alone has not shipped.
We are not sitting on anyones preorder money, and believe me, we want nothing more than to release the tools so we can collect on that cash.

Thanks

Gesh, lets the guys there at Diablo work. A little patience and you'll have a good tool for your car. Some of the best companies out there are the ones that don't rush their products and release them when they are ready for the customers.

Keep up the good work Diablo guys. We know it'll be worth the wait.

Mike, it's in the human nature to be impatient and some will take it to the extreme, and usually they are the first to complain if you put a product out that is not good because it was rushed. Just do it right, put it out when it is ready and keep us updated on the progress as much as possible. The majority of us think you are doing fine. See you on the LXFORUM!

I originally did not post this to bash on DS, I just wanted to know simply if there was any progress being made. Every other thread that I read on an " update" on the Tuner I always read the same thing over and over; We are almost done doing the testing/dyno just need minor tweeks and so forth. I know DS is a great company and they are doing their best, but some info on progress would help.

You guys are doing a great job and yes eventhough I hate to wait, in the end I know it will turn out a positive result and a good product.

Being one of the guys that pre-ordered I have to agree, our major issues are with the companies that charged us before shipping but then again that was predicated on the origonal release estimates.

I think the update everyone wants is WHEN? An educated guess will work 'coz I've aparrently already paid :?

I paid for an item, I want to know...

WHEN ???

When you tell something, but it's not the case at all...

This kind of thing is called: lie... And I do not like that someone lie to me... More and more it become like superchips... I tell you Diablo guys, not good at all for you... And this morning I read somewhere than it will be delayed again at the end of august... I hope for you than it's not true...
