u7165 not licensed for vehicle

sticker on back is U7165, v.9r11, 2007 f350 6.0L
updated to the 9r11 version and now i cant re-install the programmer and it says not licensed to vehicle and i cant re-install the upgrade. says the backup must be re-installed. the original programming is already in the truck. cal id is vxcf5h5. thanks
