trinity locking up

I've had my trinity for a couple of weeks now. I've noticed that it locks every so often for no apparent reason.
Also, it the graphics just become lots of verticle lines (a pixel wide)
I have to unplug and reattach it to ODBII cable (ignt always off)

Any idea why its doing this?

I have latest firmware/build loaded

thats not right, may want to send it in for an rma check up...

Thanks Mike, I'll use it for a bit longer, as I'm in the UK, its going to be a long turnaround...

If it occurs again I'll request a RMA checkup
