can`t re-program any thing

Hello,i have a 2002 f-259 7.3l .i bought a predator tune from e-bay for this truck.
When i recieved it ,i plugged it in and tuned the performance setting to 100 hp.I must say....wow.what i difference,so i saved my original setting like it had asked me to do,and i fooled around with the different setting 80,60hp ,so i read not to use the 100hp if i did not have any other mod`s (air intake,exhaust ) so i tuned it to 85hp.That was on wed ,of last week,so on thur,night i had to tow a car on the car hauler ,(it would not start) so i shut mine off,took one battery out,booster the car,installed battery in truck again,then tried to re-program tune to 65hp setting(do not want to tow with 85Hp ,it said not to) plugged in predator,and tried to do it,this is what happened,1-perfoemance tune,2-turn key on.3-diablo sport 100hp.4-you`r original back up will now be saved.(i did that the first time in installed it)5-sorry this vehicle already has a performance tune.the predator does not support tuning over non-factory tuned.6-original back up not saved.7predator will now make a 2ond atempt.and the same thing happend the 2ond time.Do you have any input on why it says this or anything that i can do to fix this problem??????please help

Its sounds that we need to force the original back in to the truck and reset the tool, we can help you in our tech line 561-908-0041 x1 you most be with the vehicle and have the predator ready to go when you call us

Can you tell me what to do ,with my shift work,it is kinda hard to phone with the stupid hrs that i work,i did see the option for the force original,but how do you re-set the tool?

It has to be done with us over the phone.
We are here till 7:00 PM tonight and 5:00 PM on Friday.

That`s cool,i phoned up,talked to mike,and re-set the tool,is there a patch for this coming out soon,do one can download it into the predator to avoid phone calls ?
