u7195: Parameters not available for this vehicle???????

so i saw that adjustable parameters are not available for all model numbers. i still haven't heardanything back about the problem im having with my 03 silverado. is the u7195 one of the programmers that does not allow for user tuning? if it is, it might be wise to consider making a list of the model numbers that do not allow you to adjust parameters manually. considering that, if this is in fact one of those units, i have spent nearly 400 dollars on a device that does not do what i understood it to do. like i said before, i have a cam, lifters, converter, etc. sitting on my living room floor, but i don't want to install them until i know wethre i can do it with my predator, or if i need to have it tuned at the local speed shop. if i have it done locally, it would have only cost me 180 dollars to have it tuned for my parts. check my other posts. all the info you need is there. year make, vin, predator revision number, the bios. all the things you guys asked me for before. come on guys, i want to have faith in your tech support and your product but it is becoming difficult the longer it takes for you guys to help figure this thing out. do i need to have my pcm reflashed with the gm upgrade for this to work? its an 03 silverado with a 4.8L manufacturerd in 12/02.
