Lost Custom Tunes on 7130

Back in Sept I took my Predator to the local authorized Diablosport tuner and had all the updates done and the RKL custom tunes installed. Played around a bit with them and had fun, then returned to stock tune after I blew a turbo boot. Haven't had the Predator hooked up since except to read and clear the CEL related to the blown boot and resulting under-boost code. Couple days ago when I finally sent off my Edge Juice for updates and "Hot" program, I decided to play again with the Diablo's Puff tunes. Now when I go into the "custom tunes" section there are no custom tunes there anymore. All the other canned programs are there, and the revisions I made to each (speed limit raised for each canned tune) are still attached to each original tune. Before you ask.......yes, I downloaded a caned tune to the ECM and looked again and still nothing.

Obviously I have to download the RKL tunes again, but where did they go to begin with. And will someone please walk me through the exact/correct process to do this again, as I know it important to get it right to avoid communication link errors.

After doing research here, I think I got the whole custom tune download figures out:

1st, I need to have a tune from the Predator already programed into my trucks ecm, then I can import the custom tunes I got here into the Predator downloader. Do I have this right???

also, if you restore the stock tune to the truck, it erases any custom tunes since it resets the tool.

So, you have to upload the custom tunes to the unit every time you return it to stock cause the Predator doesn't have the ability to remember and store the custome tunes and erases them??? Is there no way you guys can fix this??? It's not that big a deal really, but sure would make life easy to have them stored in the permanent memory.
