Urgent U7131 Problem

I have a U7131 with rev. 9r04. I had the computer changed in the truck and you reset it today for me I went to download a tune in the truck and I got a message that said it didn't recognize the truck said to call the dealer and gave me a Cal_ID 35325533AV.
What can I do?

you must have a new calibration in the truck and you need to try to update the predator. go to support, then downloads, and then install the latest revision from the part number drop down.

I just had mine re flashed today and figured her diablo must have a fix for this now I see some guys waiting over a month for a fix, I would assume this will be fixed asap cause i use diablo for tire adjust or if you guys have no fix for this soon, maybe refund the product?

I have this code 35325553av

Also a side note, do you have a tech support line just to have one? I've had better luck getting through dell support in India. Unreal, on hold for hour plus at a time

You could get ahold of India but you still wont be able to understand them or get your computer fixed.

ever try calling microsoft to have a problem with their software fixed? you get connected to somebody in pakistan and they say to upgrade to windows 7.

Whoa i think you are reading way too much into the point of the comment, BUT what your telling me is that Mike or Johan will tell me to upgrade to the trinity which i think run the same tunes?

dont think any of those words were mentioned in my post.

Even if you had a trinity in your hand right now, it still wouldnt work on your truck.

I would be more pissed off at my local dodge dealer. Everytime I have ever gone to the dealer for service, which is almost never because they dont know sh**, I put duct tape around the port.

I cant complain, i just got my water pump serviced under warranty with all my modded truck so i cant complain what my dealer has done for me.
