f-150 check engine light predator 7151

i got an 07 f-150 with the 4.6, with a few mods which are underdrive pullies k&n CAI flowmaster 40 series jet TBS and dwnso iriduim plugs. and after doing the update 9r8 and installing the k&n premium tune my truck has been throwing the check engine light between 90 and 110. I did the code reader and it says misfire on start up and in cylinder 4 and 5 anyone know what it could be i just changed my plugs maybe i need a custom tune or better coilpacks perhaps...... anyone got a better idea on what it could be?

its going to be something to do with those plugs or coils....dont throw a tune at it trying to fix it!!
