HEY LEW APPRECIATE YOUR HELP, B-4 LOADING THIS TUNE I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IS THIS THE SAME DIABLO TUNE I SENT YOU OR DO I HAVE TO GO BACK THRU DOING DATA LOGS AND FUEL ADJUSTMENTS AGAIN. OR DID YOU JUST ADD THE SPPED LIMITER CHANGES ? THANKS LEW
same diablo tune with your previous changes man...

I just modified the "last tune written" file and made the speed limit changes...

when you go to install it to your car:

** IMPORTANT NOTE: your Predator/Trinity may prompt you to say that you are changing tunes, and then ask you if you want to "Reset All Parameters?" - make sure you answer/select YES to this question to reset the parameters that you adjusted before. The changes you made yourself before are already in the custom tune, since you copied it out of your car ("last tune written) to send to the tuner. If you select NO, then it will apply your previous adjustments on top of the adjustments that are already in the tune, and it will get ugly. So, if/when it asks you to "Reset all parameters?" - make SURE that you answer/select YES!

You can also still modify the custom tune just like any of the performance tunes.

Do the install just like any other performance tune, and you're good to go with your new custom tune.

just put your arm out the drivers-side window, and have your passenger put their arm out the other window...

need to connect your predator to your pc, use the dsdownloader app, and export your two tune files and post them up here...

Saving the original backup tune and current tune (Last Tune Written) to your PC:

1. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the DSDownloader app on your PC.

2. Connect your Predator/Trinity to your PC and power it up, and then run the DSDownloader program.

3. Once you open DSDownloader, click "Options" and make sure there is a check mark next to "Auto Connect".

4. Once Auto Connect is enabled, the DSDL will search for and find your Predator/Trinity on its assigned COM port.

5. Once it finds your Predator/Trinity, you will be taken to the Express Tune page. From here, click "Get tune file from Tool".

6. The DSDownloader will ask you if you want the "Original Backup" or the "Last Tune Written". Click "YES" in order to export a copy of the "Original Backup" tune file from the Predator.

7. Once the file has been exported from the Predator/Trinity, the DSDownloader may ask you if you would like to save it in the ".ori" file directory. Choose "NO" and select your own folder location, or your desktop, to save the file somewhere so that you can find it easily.

8. Your "Original Backup" tune file is now saved to your PC.

9. Now, Repeat the steps above in order to export a copy of the "Last Tune Written" - because the tuner creating your custom tune for you will need BOTH files. So, from back at the Express Tune page in the DSDownloader, click "Get tune file from Tool".

10. The DSDownloader will ask you if you want the "Original Backup" or the "Last Tune Written". This time, Click "NO" in order to export a copy of the "Last Tune Written" tune file from the Predator/Trinity. This file is a copy of the current diablo tune installed in your vehicle.

11. Once the file has been exported from the Predator/Trinity, the DSDownloader may ask you if you would like to save it in the ".ori" file directory. Choose "NO" and select your own folder location, or your desktop, to save the file somewhere so that you can find it easily.

12. Now your "Last Tune Written" tune file is also saved to your PC.

13. Post up both of those tune files...

follow those instructions up there ^ ^ ^ ^

it also tells you how to export the "last tune written" - which will be the copy of the diablo 91 octane tune that you currently have installed in your car...
