2003 7.3l 27000m stock won't start

I have seen others post that thier engine wont start after install but there is always some underliying condition ie weather, previous tune, not thier module. But my truck is completly stock with very low mile and no after market attachments. The weather is 50 F and my truck will not start. It started after initial set up and ran great. Then the next day it took 3 tries to get it started and it ran great again and today it willl not start at all. It threw no codes and no warning lights came on.

any thoughts?

sounds like a non tune related issue....battery?

No because once I untune it, it starts right up. Plus I just put in two brand new batteries and had the charging sytem check out just 2 months ago.

I just loaded up my quads and hooked up the trailer and she is running and starting perfectly.

Excursion?

Load the tune, and select modify tune, then modify parameters,and enable PATS, then install it, see if that works.

OK I could not find under modify tune the area for enable pats, I have a f-250. Under modify it just said modify paremeters and i did that but it did not start again this morning. It blows out a ton of white steam/smoke. Then when I unistall the program it starts right up
