TUNING MANUAL????

hey anyone!!! is the a tuning manual for cmr,,??? for egsample if i build a custome engine is there a document that outlines what to set first then second third etc ,,,
this menu adjusts this that menu adjust that....
im so confused with the terminologies and the values in the mean nothing to me ,,, all i do now increase and work of differences rather than values ,,
please help !!!!!! the predator can only save me so many times ,,,
