U7135 - Unable to update to 9r21 for 2010 support

I've had the Predator U7135 since late 2007. I used it for my '07 Jeep SRT-8. Now I have a '10 Jeep SRT-8 and would like to update the Predator for 2010 support, but I am receiving an error message about "no serial flash." What is the fix?

I received the email with the 9r21limited.crom file. I assume I should install that on the Predator and have at it?

i need the crom for the 09 and up. wont let me load anything past 9r12. keeps saying uncompatable hardware. no flash serial found. help me please.

You need the Limited CROM. Mike will have to send it on Monday. I deleted all the old CROMs off my computer.
