I bought my predator on June 22. I tried to use it as soon as I received it which was June 29, and I got the "vehicle not in database" error message. I called support and was told they had a new update that I could install if I buy the kit to update the predator from my computer. I did that and still got the same message. I have been told by support more times than I can count that the new update will be "today". I have updated many times and currently have the 8t04 revision, but I still do not have a predator that will work with my truck. I have been very patient, but am no longer. I believed all of the "the update will be out today" stuff that I have been told, so my 30 electronics return has expired at the location that I purchased the predator. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Then I will buy a programmer from another company that will work with my truck, and where their customer support does not lie to me.

Mike said he emailed me friday 8-17 with a new revision and I didn't get that either.

If I said I was emailing you something, then I can assure you i did it.
I am not here to lie to anyone.
I am resending the new revision.
There are two new revisions, so if one does not work, please reply to my email and I will send the other one.
