U7135 - Problem with Format error.

Just purchased 7135 w/7778 USB interface. Updated to latest u7135-9r23.crom from download site and installed into programmer using downloader 2.2.1.4. Hooked up programmer to 2006 300C SRT8, and found that it required updated CALID of 05030232AD. Hooked up programmer back to PC and updated CALID as requested (did this automatically when I selected CALID Update button).. Then hooked programmer back up to car and it began to update CALID. Looked like it worked, but then got U3 flash failed error at the end. Installed 9r12 into programmer and tried it. It tried to save current factory tune in programmer, got to 100%, and then gave a format error when enter hit for new registry response. Now it keeps giving format error all the time.

One other thing, it also loaded CALID 05030232AF??? Not sure why it did this when it requested update to AD?????? Car runs fine as is, but help is needed to make tuner work, thank you!

After the first error it mayhave been a good idea to call us...I have never seen a U3 flash error.

Best bet is get the tool powered up in the car and give us a call.
