We have always been able to fix an ecu, even when the dealer says "its dead". You should have taken us up on the offer, would have cost you virtually nothing and you would have your truck back in just a couple of days.

I most certainly replied to your last post, just as I did to all your other posts, and in a timely manner.

Again, nobody is out to screw anybody, we look after our customers, but if you choose not to take our assistance at first, you cant come back a week later looking for reimbursement for something we offered to fix for free.

if you read the "fine print"... as soon as you take the unit out of the box and connect to your vehicle to do anything, you have just accepted the user agreement & disclaimer that diablosport is not liable for vehicle incidents/damage through direct or indirect use of the product.

that being said, diablosport was still willing to, and offered to, totally fix the issue for you, at no cost to you, but you refused it. So, at that point, the ball was in YOUR court. so you went on your own and did whatever you wanted to do... that is not diablosport's responsibility anymore. And in no way shape or form should they be, nor will they be, liable or obligated to cover ANY costs or charges incurred by you for any reason whatsoever.

Good day Sir!
