Defective OBDII Cable

i just bought my trinity and went to plug it in and nothing happened.it turns on wit the usb cable,but not wit the truck. i checked for power st cavity 16 of the dlc and there is power bad cable?? who do i call to get a new one? need help thanks

I have no idea what this "power st cavity 16 of the dlc" means, but did you make sure the fuse for your OBDII port is good?
