Help setting the timing on my car!

I just bought the predator today for my 2006 mustang GT. All I have done to it is a K&N filter. I would like to know what best timing levels are for my car. (Throughout the RPM Ranges) I know every car is different bout I', not sure how much to advance it to start off with and where these cars run best at. Which program is the best for it, right now I have it set to the 93 level using 93 octane.

Simply install the tune and go!
The timing has already been modified for optimum results.
The 93 tune is the most aggressive tune available in the Predator.
