I honestly try to reply to every email I get, as well as make myself available on the forums.
Sorry if I missed one, and the PMs on Hemitruckclub are a bit different than everywhere else, and somehow I seem to miss quite a few.

Guys, I do not have a release date.
I am here to do technical support, and I am not in sales or marketing.
If you want to know about the tool, its functionality, or its supported applications, I would be happy to help.
Please do not come down on me because I do not have the answers you seek.
Obviously I did not even know about the last delay until after the info had left this company, so why would you assume that I know any more now?
I am not keeping any info from anyone.

As for the pre-order comment, we do not take money for a product that does not exist, so please do not associate us withthe companies taking preorders for a product that has not been released.
I have no doubt that we will sell thousands of these with or without preorders.

Now, does anyone have any technical questions about the Hemi Predator?

Hey Mike, i was gonna preorder from a place a member of Hemitruckclub told me about, and i called the place, and they told me they would charge me right then, because....they said they cut ya'll a check and sent it to you when people ordered, so that they could get as many tuners as people ordered...but i didnt get it from them, i will probally sometime soon, but from somebody else.

There are several vendors taking preorders and not charging until they ship.
The vendor you refer to may have sent us a check, but we have certainly not cashed it.

IF THEY OFFER A PREORDER IT'S BECAUSE YOU ANNOUNCED A PRODUCT FOR JULY 31... I'll not Blame High Hors Performance for that... It's Diablo who was supposed to come out with a product but this one is still not released... And it does not matter what you will say, you have my money somewhere...

It's Diablo Sport fault only, not the other companies who offered pre-order... Like Us, they trusted Diablo, but Diablo don't know where they go !!!

When you want to sell a product, you don't put it on the market after the others... They only try to anticipate a little, like us, because the release date was close...

When you know you have a problem with a tunner, you don't tell to everyone it will come out in 10-15 days... When your product is ready you can announce this king of things, but you knew than it will not be ready in time.

And if you don't have the answer, it's not my problem, I'm on Diablo Sport web site and I ask question about their product... Product that I don't received yet but I already paid since over a month...If you can't answer, what are you doing here ?

There is no need for that, please call our sales department if you are that upset about this, and they will ASSURE YOU THAT WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

We cannot ask for Technical support for something we don't have.

The end of the month is coming, and since i payed overnight shipping I am expecting to have this in my doorway either the 1st or 2nd of september. If not my order will be cancelled and i might also speak for many hundreds more that pre-ordered this product.

I or anyone else here is trying to be an @ss about this, but it is messed up that they have us waiting for soo long. Next time the release date should be when the units are packed and ready to go.

Don't blame ya Mike, i would be pissed too, not your fault. Just that you are the only source of venting that we have at DS.

Microsoft have absolutely no credibility...

Is it what you want ?

I'll never buy a microsoft product when they announce it, because I know than it will come out 6 month later than announced... Even after the release, I'll not buy their product, because they treat us like dumb before and lied to me... You want the same thing with Diablo in the futur ? I got catch by Diablo this time, but it will never happen again ;)

And more, I'll not loose my time with Microsoft... I lost some with Diablo, but it's because I want you understand the facts... But I'll not loose any more time if I don't receive my programmer soon... I'll ask a refund and save my money for a good tunner, B&G...

And if it's not your job to inform us on the release date, I think than it miss a section on your forum... But you don't want this section hein ;) You don't want than people know the truth, but they need to, and I'll do my best to inform them, better than you, because you can't. So we can now tell: stay aware of that product, you will pay, but you will not have it soon, because the product don't exist yet... And they don't know at all when the product will be ready... They even don't know and they work for that companie and they are trying to sell us that product since more than a month on different Hemi forums...

To have a technical support on a product, I think than it's only logic than we have the product before, no ? A product must exist prior to need of technical support ?

I understand now, you compare diablo to Microsoft, ok, I understand very well... You don't want happy customers, you want the entire market and do big money... But it's not like that you will meet your goal ;) you really gone in the bad direction...

We do not have your or anyone elses money. Period.
We do not take money for a product that does not yet exist. Period.
If you paid a company (which was not Diablosport) for this product, and you are upset, I am sure they will refund your money, no problem.
There are several reputable companies taking pre-orders for this tool that will NOT bill anyone until the tool has shipped.

your acts do not follow your words... You say that that will leave the 31, the others trust so that you said... And this is why they took our money, while thinking of being able to ship the product as of the 31... If they would have waited before taking the money, that would have added to the withdrawal period still... They did that to give us a better service, it is not theirs fault... It is only the fault has Diablo..
