my LB7 programmer needs to be a LLY

i currently have an LB7 predator and i have bought a LLY truck recently, can i send this unit back and have it switched or do i have to buy a whole programmer again?

i needs to be sent back for the update any ways so i can do updates online, its an older model, ive had it for about 3 years bought it new

Mike, i sent my programmer back for the hardware upgrade as you suggested, RMA # 10691
i got it back this past Friday, i hooked it up to my LLY truck as the programmer says VEHICLE NOT SUPPORTED

what do i need to do now? do i need to upload something from online? or was this supposed to be done already, thanks Robert

just checking back, ive tried calling, noone answers the phone after holding for 25mins once Monday and once Tuesday, ive tried the tech line and sales line

maybe the truck needs a quick tripe to the dealer to be updated to the latest cals...

what do you see on the screen when you boot it up?

what is the revision?
