Help Please, 2008 Jeep Werangler-Modify Tune Not loading

All went well uploading the origional Tune then downloading a performance tune however when I Adjusted the throttle resoponse and tire size the tool wont change from the "turn Key off" screen and looks like its still loading.
It's been about 30 minutes now and I'm not sure what to do.

Should I unplug it, turn key on?

Any suggestions?
