problem downloading custom tune from tool

I use a U7141 on my 2010 Mustang GT. I added a cold air and want to get my custom tune to my pc so I can have you update the tune. I can only download the original backup file. When I try to download the last tune installed I get a msg telling me I must flash the tool at least once before continuing.
I flashed the tool with the lastest update before installing the custom tune to my car.
What is it I am not doing right?

As long as you have a Diablo or any tune loaded to the vehicle from the device, you should be able to use the dsdl software to Get Tune from Tool and save both the original backup and last tune written.

You may be right but I can not. Can only download the orig backup.
Device says I must flash the tool before going any further when trying to download last tune.

Can you send me a tune to get me going again? I use the 91 octane performance tune with the Steeda cold air and the rest I can do myself. Thanks.
