2005 CDT Update question???

I just bought a predator for my 2005 CTD. I know the tunes have never been updated. Should I buy the USB kit and update the latest version? I wasn't sure if problems with the original tune have been fixed or if nothing has really changed. I will only be using the performance/economy tune as my truck is stock. Please let me know if this is something I need to do or if I should just run it with the original programming. Thanks!!

If it is not on a 9r0X crom, I'd update it for sure.

It's whatever would have been on it when it was purchased 2 years ago. Where would I check to see what version it currently has? I know it has never been updated....

The revision is shown on the top line of the main menu when it is powered up.
