I just received my first diablo sport tuner. I cannot download it to my '06 Dodge Ram diesel. I just talked with someone there and they advised that an "updater" will be out soon. Could you please advise me when this will come out and / or do I just need to send this product back to the retailer that I bought it from? I am really frustrated and my expectations were high for this product and now I cannot even use it. Thanks for your help.

take it back. We've been waiting for almost 4 months for a promised update that was said to take 2 weeks
