2006 Charger Daytona 5.7 Trinity transmission mode Issue!!!!

Hell all,

I just bought the Trinity for my charger RT daytona 2006, i already download and updated it with the "trinity_1r07.crom" and also the "trinity_u7194-1r07a_update.crom" but when i try to go to the Transmission mode and change the shift point autostick or whatever option is in that menu, the Trinity Freeze!!!! Anything else with the trinity seems to be working.

Im a little dissapointed with this Trinity, due to i asked about the transmission support for this vehicule before buy it, and one the staff guys told me that 06 HEMI is completly supported, and now i can not have access!!!

Any idea? what can i do to fix it?

Sure, I had the freeze problem also. There is a download for it. DS will read this and get you hooked up. Its here in the forum somewhere. Keep us posted

I have the same problem in my 06 300c awd..some options work in the trans section..like shift firmness..but the rest freezes the screen

I downloaded the very last version and now is working! no more freezing!! thank you very much guys! i will test the car this weekend and i will post my impressions. Thanks mike,

Two more questions, what is the MODE 1 and MODE 2 in the autostick menu? and also how can i remove the speed limiter?

mode 1 and 2 are different methods of disabling the suto upshift, one or the other should work for you.

which version did you download..cuz I thought I had the latest one..and it's still not working..(freezing up transmission screen)

the one that says 04-21-10 is the second in the list, just below the tcm file.

wow i was just about to post about this same problem and found this. Will this update work for all 5.7's as I have a magnum and my trinity is having the same issue when trying to make adjustments to any of the transmission selections?

I just stoped in to read some threads, and came accross this trans mode freeze issue. Glad the patch is avaiable to everyone. I willl say mikel the repair you sent me via e mail for the freeze problem worked well a few months as no problems with freeze.

reselect your vehicle in the options menu then try again please..
