How do i go about getting my full refund. It says thatDiabloSport offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. No offense but you really should not be selling this product for the 2010 vehicles until you actually can offer all the features of the predator. This type of advertisemnt going on that i can document is really false adverstisement on the 2010 vehicles. Not only have I seen no MPG improvement in any tune, but my shift characteristics have not improved. While I think I have gotten some extra horsepower with the 90 and extreme it came at a cost. I actually am getttng worse MPG with the 160, economy and tow than stock. . The inability to Change gear and tire sizes for factory oversized tires up and Shift points and transmission adjustments as billed as DIABLOSPORT PREDATOR KEY FEATURES: just plain out just makes me feel like I got scammed. I can do knw of this, and tjhe only respsonse is we are working on it. I am a good, and honest man. I mean your company no harm. however, your selling a product that in no way matches the advertiseing going on for 2010 Ford F-250. I contacted the RPM outlet , that is were I bought it from, and they are calling you. They want to verify with you that I am having these issues, and your not ready for the 2010 vehicles yet. So hopefully Mike your a man of yoru word and you stand behind the product, and it's current defiencies and I get my full refund.
