I have a 2010 250 been trying to install the tow tune all it will do is the first part then it shows a warning that it cant install the second unit is this normal. Trying for better mpg have tryed 50 and 80 no difference any help anyone

I am in the same boat as you. They do not have the 2010 figured out, and most of the key features they tout in advertising are not availble for the 2010. You can not change tire sizes, trnny adjustemnts etc. Additionally, I have ran all the tunes, and have seen no MPG increase. They blame it on the newer DPF's. I am trying to get my money back now. I guess we will see if they stand behind their 30 day gurantee.

2010 FORD f-250 Diesel 6.4m 3,000 miles , I actually got 4,000 mile now. 1,000 miles with your tuner and not even marginal results.
