02 transfer function

07' Dodge Ram, 5.7L Hemi

I have installed long tube headers, and since have had 02 slow response codes pop up. I was by a tuner that I need to change the 02 transfer function.

Do any of your tuners have the ability to do this?

If it were a Ford, yes, but Chryslers do not work that way...

I have been speaking with various Diablo Tuners, and have been receiving mixed messages. Some say if I buy the programmer, they can sell me a tune and it will take care of the two codes that I have an issue with. P0133 & P0153- Both front (left/right) O2 sensors-slow response.

From your response, it sounds like your programmer can do nothing to fix this issue.

Please clear this up for me. If one of your programmers will allow me to fix this I will be buying one.

Also, will any of your programmers display A/F through the factory o2 sensors?

the handheld programmer itself will not let YOU disable the codes... but YES - it can be done with a custom tune created for you - the custom tune can be made from a copy of your current tune - the codes get disabled in the custom tune - they email you back the custom tune file - you import it to the handheld, then install it to your vehicle. done.
