OBDII Cable !â€

Hi,


I got my trinity and it works fine during PC set up and the screen is powered up, but when it comes to vehicles it does not work. I checked the Cigarette fuse and nothing wrong about it. I'm doubting OBDII cable, i tried the trinity with my C6 2009 and Tahoo 2008 both of them gives no indication of powering up the trinity
