2006 Sierra 8.1L U7192

My father ordered the U7192 a week or so ago went to install tune tonight it saved the factory tune but when attempting to install the predator tune it stopped around 6% complete and failed with an error message "Illegal Programming 6cf010760074"

Did it restore the stock tune?
Can you tell us what revision is on the top line of the main menu?

no it failed to restore the stock tune, i'll have to run by my dad's to see if i can get the revision but every time you plug it in it just says the last tune installed illegally would you like to install the factory tune and it does the same thing

i also have the original file saved to my laptop now so if you need it i can send all i need is an email address or the attached file can be downloaded

Issue has been resolved turned out to be low battery voltage
