Problems with your product

i have been having problems with my 2001 dodge ram 2500 5.9L cummins now i have tested all wireing to ecm,map,ait sensors, i have also re -calibrated the ecm. to solve the low boost sensor voltage,boost pressure to high. now i have tryed cantacting diablo sport about there faulty unit on all 2001 dodge trucks, and how i can get warrenty on this item that was bought november of this year, now i would like to know why they wont stand behind there name and admite to the fact there powerpuck on a 2001 dodge ram with the 5.9L cummins dose not work the way they advertise and there warrenty clame prosses makes it almost impossible to get what you have already paid for once im am not impressed with this service you offer i have tryed on more then one occasion to submit my warrenty clame wich is a wast of time, so rather then being told to check all my wireing or to replace my map sensor the problem is your product. it dosint work the way it should. i just want the relibility and preformance you advertise not somthing that is going to de-rate my truck ever time it idels. i would like to hear from some one from diablo sport to please contact me to take care of this problem

Sir, we have sold 1000s of Power pucks and there has never been an issue withthem not working on 2001 trucks. I apologize if you are having issues with it on your truck.

If you need to send it in to be checked out under warranty, please fill out the rma request form under support here and we will issue you an rma# wth which to send it in.

I do not understand why you think we will not stand behind our product?
