PCM reflashed

I had to get my PCM reflashed because while tuning, my trailer brake screwed up the tune and blew the PCM. Is the Predator now locked to the old PCM even though the reflash is on the same truck with same VIN? The dealer is putting in stock tune on same VIN. I will need to upgrade my predator, I am gonna send it in for the $100 upgrade. Can they unlock it?

if it's locked, they'll charge you another $50 to unlock it when they do the upgrade.... so, it'll cost ya $149 total for the unlock + upgrade...

send it with the paperwork showing the reflash so we dont have to charge the unlock fee.

Also when I send it in, the cord in the thing is loose will they look at that too. Thanks for the help.
